I was wanting to use the snap system. I really like it and it seems like it hold good. tk300.com has a guide on how to do this. Anyone else use this or know of a better way?

Welcome!! If you need any help with any of your armor just let me know and I would be more than willing to answer any of your questions or help you with any part of it.

As for assembly...Glue what you can glue, snap what you can snap..then rely on velco for the last few little items.

Also check out TK899's web site his is pretty darn helpful as well.

Have a problem/question. Can a strap be used to make the chest and upper back parts tighter? The seem like they are to open. I guess that is the word I'm looking for. Pic is here: http://tinyurl.com/6alvoh

Yes you can, I have 2 elastic straps that connect the chest and back together. This is really not necessary and yours looks to be sitting about right.
