OK Having problems with the forums!!!

As you can see I have registered for the forums.
I can view all the forums.
I can post in this section and the members only section. I can not post in any other section of the boards however.
I have read the news section and the report a bug section.
I never got an email from the forums saying I was registered. (I did check spam folders)
Most of the forum I get this exact message :

kuhle1, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I get this message even when I go to http://www.bloodfingarrison.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1317 and try to report in as well.

So what am I doing wrong here?

I think Ken is saying that he cannot post in the "Post Any Bugs Here"..... area. So he is posting his problem where he can.

You are correct. I can not post anywhere but in this section and the members only section. Thanks for the help Bryon. I did try to report this in the bug forum that was mention but again, I am denied from posting in that section.

Well apparently I was suppose to get an activation code emailed to my account. I use mostly my old AOL email. I never recieved the email however. So I reapplied to have a new activation code sent to me. It still will not send it to me.

So can an admin go in, manually and activate my account or do I need to get a new email account?

Oh I have made a few post but they were not showing up. After I post I get a new message :

So now everytime I post, you have to approve it.

The default for the forums is 10 characters. We have reset it for 2
